Susan Caraballo, la
directora del grupo Artemis entra en su séptima
temporada y sigue abriendo brechas en
el arte de Miami. Ahora con su nuevo proyecto Art
Intersects I-95 sigue dándole auge a las áreas donde sus
proyectos se llevan a cabo...
El nuevo espacio
artístico de Artemis, una organización sin fines de
lucro que en los últimos años ha fomentado el arte el la
Pequeña Habana inspirado en los Sábado Surreales, ha
dado a conocer su nuevo proyecto 801 que acaba de ser
inaugurado el sábado 1ro. de octubre con la primera
presentación de Experimental8: First Call, un evento que
se llevará a cabo de forma trimestral comenzando con el
presentado el pasado 1ro. de octubre. Experimental 8... es un tipo de feria que se llevará
a cabo cada tres meses, y a partir del año 2006 le
seguirán el 7 de enero, el 1ro. de abril y el 1ro. de
julio. En un horario de 9 pm-12 am.
Frist Call del 1ro de
octubre, fue curado por Carlos Beancourt y la directora
de Artemis, Susan Caraballo y presenta las obras de 21
artistas en el nuevo local localizado en 801 SW 3 Av.
a solo unas cuadras de Brickell.
Este evento es

Katrina: imágenes de una
tragedia
Centro Cultural Español invites you to a photography
exhibit on Monday, October 3rd, at 8:00 PM at the Centro
Cultural Español, 800 Douglas Road, Suite 170, Coral
Gables. The proceeds from the sale of the photos will go
to hurricane relief. The photos will also be available
